INTRODUCTION

We herein present the Term & Conditions of use of the website www.limpope.pt, according to the Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14 and Law 94/96 of July 31.
This website users shall beforehand read its conditions and privacy policy carefully as by using it they are expressly accepting all terms and conditions contained herein in full.
If users do not agree with its conditions and privacy policy they should not use the website www.limpope.pt.
These conditions may be changed freely and without notice when its amendment according to the terms of legislation in force is required. As such, the regular reading of the website Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions sections constitutes a responsibility of the users, since the terms in force on the date of use of the website and on the date of the contract (as defined herein) will apply.
These general conditions of sale are established between Limpopé - Tapetes para Entrada, Lda., headquartered in Rua 25 de Abril, No. 476, Selho São Jorge, 4835-296 Guimarães, share capital of 15.000€, registered in Conservatória de Registo Comercial de Santa Combadão, tax number (NIPC) 514289961, and any users who wish to make online purchases through the website www.limpope.pt.

1st RESPONSIBILITY

1st. For all steps of access to the website www.limpope.pt Limpopé - Tapetes para Entrada, Lda. is only bound by duty of care.
2nd The responsibility of Limpopé - Tapetes para Entrada, Lda could not be committed for all the inconveniences of the damage inherent to the use of internet network, in particular the break of the service, the outside intrusion or the presence of computer virus, or any fact qualified as force majeure, according to the jurisprudence.
3rd. Products are presented and described on www.limpope.pt with the highest accuracy possible. Limpopé - Tapetes para Entrada, Lda will not be liable, however, for any information errors or omissions found on the www.limpope.pt website.

1st. Information or data provided by users will be processed according to the Privacy Policy terms.

7th APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
